Title III, Part A

This webinar will explore the essential programmatic requirements of Title III, Part A, under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Topics will include identifying (and exiting) English learners, civil rights obligations, and parent and community engagement. The session will also cover critical fiscal compliance areas including Supplement Not Supplant and the distinctions between Title III, Part A and Title I, Part A funding.
