Evaluation of Country of Origin for Safeguard and AD / CVD Tariff Purposes

It appears that the Section 301 tariffs primarily affecting imported merchandise from China are not going away any time soon, and the impact of AD / CVD continues to present significant challenges for sourcing professionals. Against this somewhat volatile backdrop the webinar will review the rules pertaining to Country of Origin to assist in evaluating potential sourcing strategies designed to reduce or eliminate the impacts related to the Section 301 and AD/ CVD, and review the key factors considered in a COO analysis for both Section 301 and AD / CVD purposes.
