He went on to develop a stella career in Brand consultancy including 7 years as an Equity partner of Goosebumps Brand consultancy, then Europe’s most awarded agency for Brand Transformation. Following a successful exit Benedict pivoted to join the Global Sales Organisation at LinkedIn where he leads the Enterprise Financial Services team for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. In his current role at LinkedIn Benedict brings his consultancy experience to help Enterprise Financial Services businesses achieve their Marketing objectives on LinkedIn.

Sarah Baier

Sarah holds a dual master degree in International Business & Strategy/ International Marketing from INSEEC Paris/ Munich Business School.
She started her professional career in FMCG industry before changing from IT into Finance. Through her diverse job positions, she could gain a good overview about different industries, whereas at the end, she specialized herself in the niche of asset management.



After three years of working for Aberdeen Asset Management as a Swiss marketing manager, she joined UBS in 2016 as digital marketing specialist before taking over the team, being able to fill the role as Head Global Digital Marketing.



As trusted advisor to CMO and marketing leaders on how to use digital marketing techniques, like personalization, A/B testing and the implementation of data-driven marketing approaches to improve marketing effectiveness and create better engaged customers and top to grow business revenue.



With her passion for social media marketing, she loves to enable organizations to use the full potential in social media storytelling and enables brand ambassadors for social sharing and social selling activities.

Damian Horner
Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer at Real Vision
After studying Psychology, Damian began his career in Advertising and Design. He worked at some of the biggest advertising agencies in Europe before co-founding a creative hotshop where he won multiple awards.



He was listed as one of ‘The 100 Most Influential People in Media’, starred in a BBC series about advertising and even worked with Damien Hirst on a campaign that was later exhibited at the Tate Modern Gallery. In his spare time he also curated a major exhibition at The Design Museum in London.



Following the sale of his agency to a major global network, Damian spent a year travelling through the French Canals to Spain with his young family in a wooden boat. He co-wrote the story of their adventure with his wife – and their book was published internationally (hardback and paperback) by Orion. Damian lived in Spain for ten years and from that base he worked globally as a marketing strategist with clients such as Microsoft and Universal Records. He also worked in the book industry where he is particularly well-known for his strategies for many famous authors including JK Rowling, Lee Child, Jodi Picoult and Stephen King. Damian was part of the core team that conceived ‘Belgravia’ the multi-media story app developed with Julian Fellowes of Downton Abbey fame. This was subsequently turned into a successful novel and television series. Damian then went on to conceive and develop an award-winning, No.1 gaming app that was highlighted by Apple for its revolutionary and genre-bending approach.



Now Damian is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Real Vision. Real Vision is a disruptive financial media brand, created to help investors understand the complex world of finance, business and the global economy, with in-depth analysis from real experts. Joel Leeman
Brand Content Manager at Refinitiv
Joel leads the Brand Content Team in the global Content Studio at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), having joined in early 2021 as part of the Refinitiv acquisition. In his current role, he leads the cross-functional Data Insights Team and serves as an executive producer for financial media series including documentaries, The Big Conversation, The Big Explainer, Data on the Data and Data Moments.

Prior to LSEG and Refinitiv, he held a variety of digital, social and content roles at Thomson Reuters, eventually leading efforts across global corporate social media channels, thought leadership blog, and tr.com. Career highlights include interviewing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, leading coverage of events like the World Economic Forum annual meeting and the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and taking an immersive CX gallery across three continents.

Lionel Guerraz

Lionel Guerraz leads a Growth Team at UBS Asset Management. In this role, he helps Relationship Managers, Client Advisors and Investment Advisors guide their clients to invest in the financial markets with investment funds, by designing and orchestrating digital investment content strategies and marketing campaigns.



From 2012 to 2016, he was Sales Manager of the Ultra High Net Worth segment at UBS Wealth Management and was responsible for setting sales priorities, coordinating sales initiatives and distribution of investment content to Front Office teams to meet annual revenues and net new money objectives.
Prior to this, Lionel held different roles at UBS Investment Bank, as a Product Specialist, promoting the Securities Lending business and Lead Business Analyst in the Credit and Market Risk team.



Before joining UBS, Lionel worked at Deloitte in London as a risk management consultant involved in the global energy markets.
