In the second part of the STI webinar, we apply the MTF concept from part 1 and use it to measure or predict intelligibility by the STI and STIPA methods. We consider speech spectra and auditory masking effects at high SPL and add considerations about statistical post-processing of STI results as required by various standards for emergency systems. The webinar is recommended for anybody that needs to apply the STI method, with particular focus on sound systems.
