Avery Schlicher is the Sr. Director & Head of Operations for Net Zero Cloud at Salesforce.
Since creating her own role to bring Net Zero Cloud to market, Avery has been at the forefront of operationalizing efforts to help businesses drive cost efficiency and sustainability impact through technology. Avery is passionate about animals, nature, and human connections -- in particular, the diverse backgrounds of people working and collaborating in this space. (Her English and Studio Art degrees from Hamilton College have proven quite transferrable...who'd have thought!) With a resume that spans book publishing, entertainment, and corporate PR, Avery’s path to tech was unconventional, but over the past 15 years, she has become a trusted advisor across the ecosystem. She has represented Salesforce's sustainability leadership and technical innovation at global forums such as COP26, GreenBiz, UN Climate Week, and Dreamforce. She previously led Earthforce, Salesforce’s environmental ERG.

Notably, she co-founded Clipsal Cortex, a platform spun-off from Schneider Electric that revolutionized solar and energy asset sales to homeowners in Australia. Eventually, Clipsal Cortex was successfully acquired by Schneider Electric. Driven by a passion for energy and product innovation, Prashanthi is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer with an MBA from Wharton. She actively mentors’ startups in the climate tech space, sharing her expertise and fostering the next generation of sustainable solutions.

Emissions Intelligence Lead, Mitie Plan Zero
Vicki Lintern is a seasoned technical leader with a deep-rooted passion for sustainability. In 2019, she took a hands-on approach to environmental impact, purchasing a farm to plant thousands of trees and explore carbon sequestration and biodiversity restoration. This experience solidified her commitment to sustainability, leading her to transition into a full-time role dedicated to driving climate solutions.
She Joined Mitie, the UK’s leading facilities management and transformation company in February 2025 to lead their newly launched Emissions Intelligence service – delivering 'net zero as a service' for carbon accounting, reporting and reduction.
Prior to that, Vicki spent over 12 years at Salesforce - the technology platform that powers the Emissions Intelligence service in various technical and digital transformation leadership roles.
Vicki holds certifications in Advanced GHG Accounting, Carbon Management and Reporting (Northumberland University), CSRD Fundamentals, and GRI Reporting Standards, equipping her with expertise in carbon strategy and regulatory compliance.
