Rachel Delacour
CEO & Co-Founder at Sweep
Sweep Co-Founder and CEO Rachel Delacour is an award-winning repeat entrepreneur with a background in finance.
In 2009, she cofounded BIME Analytics, a pioneering business intelligence SaaS which was acquired by US customer service company Zendesk six years later. Rachel worked there as General Manager until she decided to use her talent to help clean up the climate mess with Sweep.

A leading female figure in European tech, Rachel is a business angel and board member at a number of US and French startups. She was elected Co-President of France Digitale in 2018.
Rachel is an alumna of the UBS Global Visionary program and is a sought-after speaker at events including Viva Tech and GreenBiz and her thought leadership has been featured in publications including The Economist and The Wall Street Journal.
An advocate for women in tech, she has backed several female-founded US and French startups and was named Xena’s Founder of the Year award in 2024.

Cara is a highly accomplished and influential leader in the field of sustainability, ESG and investment trends. As Senior Partner and Global Head of Climate and Sustainability at Mercer, a leading global consulting firm, Cara plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Mercer's climate and sustainability value proposition and positioning. With over 29 years of experience in the investment and consulting industry, Cara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She joined Mercer's investment consulting business in April 2005 as Global COO, Cara began her career in finance as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in New York.

Prior to working in the investment industry, she was responsible for budgets and logistics for US Army and NATO MWR deployments. In addition to her professional achievements, Cara is a dedicated mentor and advocate for women and people of color in their careers. She actively supports and promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives, both within Mercer and in external programs. Cara also serves on the board of Girls With Impact, an organization that trains girls to become successful entrepreneurs. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an MBA in Finance.

Cara is on the advisory boards of Neqsol Holdings (an international group of companies active in energy, telecommunications, construction, and high-tech), Carson Group (network of independent financial advisors who offer coaching, consulting, training and resources) and the German School in London.

Neil Perry is the Group Broadcast Director at BizClik and has two decades of multimedia experience. He has worked across regional and national brands for Global Radio, as a bulletin presenter, broadcast voice coach, mentor and news editor. Neil moved into visual broadcasting in 2014 helping to establish one of the first local television channels as an assistant news editor, and executive producer of a topical discussion programme.
