Hume Kyle is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from the University of Western Ontario and a Graduate Diploma in accounting from McGill University. Mr. Kyle has over 25 years of private sector and public accounting experience, bringing a broad range of financial expertise and business experience to DPM, including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and reporting, taxation, treasury, risk management and corporate communications. Mr. Kyle was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2011.

Heather is a Partner in KPMG’s Canadian Mining practice and is the Toronto Mining Industry Leader. Heather has specialized in the industry for over 15 years and has an in depth understanding of the risks and challenges faced by mining companies. She has significant experience providing advisory and assurance services companies at all stages in the mining life cycle, including internal and external audit, risk and control services and accounting and transaction assistance. Over the course of her career, Heather has visited over twenty mine sites on six continents.  Heather is also Board Treasurer for Women in Mining Canada.
