Joel has over 20 years of experience in helping companies improve their business operations, sales support, and financial functions.
Before founding Marketcap Consulting, Joel led project finance, proposals, and contracting at a small/midsize CRO that was successfully acquired in December 2020 after a significant financial turnaround. His career includes roles at various CROs like Synteract, Chiltern, Parexel, and PRA, where he was involved in proposals, pricing, finance, and contract management.
