Tiffany Burns is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta Office where she works with apparel, consumer, and retail clients designing and leading more than 15 enterprise-wide and functional transformations. She leads the firm’s retail store focus in North America as well as 10 Actions, McKinsey’s efforts to improve racial equity within the firm and around the world. She partners with national community leaders to design and drive community-based efforts focused on racial equity through the assessment of inequity drivers, initiative landscape, and solutions.
She helped develop McKinsey’s perspective on the “store of the future,” which focused on identifying key technologies across the customer and associate retail journey and testing live use cases to better understand impact drivers recently implemented in the modern retail collective.
In her experience, Tiffany has worked with several of the world’s leading retailers as part of transformational programs to drive efficiency from the store floor to the supply chain.
Tiffany is an active member of the Atlanta philanthropic community, serves as the cofounder of the Rising Seniors Foundation, and and is a board member for the Speech School and the 50 Shades of Pink Foundation.

Desiree Rogers is the Co-owner and CEO of Black Opal, LLC which owns Black Opal and Fashion Fair Cosmetics.
Rogers has redefined every leadership position she has held while playing a major philanthropic role in the communities where she has lived. Rogers also focused on stabilizing the cosmetics brand of the firm for outside investment including updating the product line, rationalizing the retail footprint and doubling e-business sales. As the first Social Secretary for the Obama Presidency, Desiree’s grasp of experiential marketing ensured Americans were able to visualize the values they voted for—inclusion, transparency, the embracement of all people—and translated the splendor of the White House to everyone. Her team oversaw 350 events. Prior to these positions, Rogers professional roles including managing the 2B dollar natural gas utility in Chicago as well as leading teams at Allstate and the Illinois Lottery where she doubled instant ticket sales to 600M in 3 years.
