About
Managing a modern fleet means juggling rising costs, complex operations, and constant pressure to do more with less. This webinar explores the key cost and efficiency challenges facing fleet managers today and offers practical, evidence-based ways to tackle them.
We’ll break down the core cost drivers in fleet operations and show where the biggest efficiency gains can be made – from vehicle utilisation and routing to maintenance, fuel, and driver behaviour. Drawing on real-world case studies, we’ll highlight best practice approaches used by organisations that have successfully reduced spend while improving performance.
