Mike Roberts
Managing editor, Fleet News
Mike Roberts returned to Fleet News in 2021 having previously been its news editor in the early 2000s.
He is now managing editor for Fleet News, AM and Rail in the Bauer B2B portfolio. Prior to this he was managing editor of Fleet News' sister-title Smart Transport.
Mike started his career in local newspapers in the 1990s and has since worked on several specialist titles, both in print and online.

John Keeton

Consistently achieving impressive results whilst overseeing the strategic development of the operation delivery of claims management and vehicle repair, John’s strengths lie in continuous improvement, service delivery and sustainable growth.
In leading FMG’s network of vehicle repair partners, John is instrumental in ensuring our network remains robust, having expanded our capability and capacity in alignment with the evolution of modern vehicle repair.
John’s resolute commitment to customer service excellence has seen him play a vital role in leading the evolution of FMG’s digital technology to bring intuition, ease and convenience to the customer journey.
Outside of work, John enjoys a busy family life with his young family and dog.

Matthew Waller
General Manager, The Charge Scheme
Matt leads as the General Manager of The Charge Scheme - the first salary sacrifice solution for EV charging, helping drivers save 20-50% on the cost of every charge.

He brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of EV charging, connected vehicle technology, and digital infrastructure, and has led high-impact deployments across both Europe and North America.
Before EO, Matt was Director of EV Solutions at Corpay (formerly FLEETCOR), where he built the UK’s largest EV charging payments network (>51,000 chargers) and launched the Allstar Chargepass product suite — integrating public, home, and workplace charging into a unified fleet proposition. His work earned industry recognition including multiple e-Mobility and Innovation in EV Technology awards.

Earlier in his career, Matt held senior roles at Jaguar Land Rover, where he launched connected vehicle platforms in over 50 markets and led the in-vehicle app ecosystem behind the award-winning PIVI Pro system.

Andrea McKenzie
Sustainable Transport Manager, Warmworks
Andrea McKenzie is a Green Fleet Award winning fleet manager and has been recognised as one of the Top Women In EV. She is the Sustainable Transport Manager for Warmworks, which has a car and van fleet that travels throughout the UK, from Shetland to Shoreditch, the Western Isles to Wales. Andrea is also from a creative background so knows the importance of vision, persistence and lateral thinking in this fast changing industry.

James Ferrol
Car and LCV fleet manager, Dunelm
With just over three year’s experience in Fleet, over two years in electric vehicle charging and a Masters in Energy Policy (with a focus on sustainable transport), James is a huge advocate for decarbonising transport in a just and meaningful way.

Since joining Dunelm in 2023, he’s been working on furthering their ambitions of decarbonising their car fleet where possible, with it currently sitting at over 50% fully electric. Recently, his focus has shifted to their LCV fleet and beginning trialling electric vans with a people-first approach.

Benjamin Mann, Sourcing and Contracts Manager (de facto Fleet Manager) at NHBC – Winner of the 2024 Fleet News Awards, Fleet of the Year 251 – 1000 vehicles.

6 years fleet experience traversing Covid 19 and electrification with a 700 strong company car vehicle fleet – specialities: change management, EV integration, fleet commercials and driver risk.
