Snows Motor Group's Olivia Snow will be joined by Reputation's Matthew Patchett and Michael Bowles to discuss how Snows are putting customer feedback to work and how Olivia has worked to develop a CX-focused culture across the group. Snows have topped Reputation's annual Automotive Reputation Report for two years straight, and are going for the hat-trick in 2023's edition, due for release in the Autumn. Michael and Olivia will discuss how Olivia manages the CX for the 52-location group, and what auto groups can be doing to ensure customer excellence in the future.

    Additionally, Matthew will discuss the findings of Reputation's soon-to-be-released Automotive QuickTake report, a smaller report which provides a snapshot of the sector. The report will reveal the key stats and figures affecting the sector, from a CX and customer feedback perspective, and will be released before the webinar.
