Head of Early Talent at T. Rowe Price
Leah Stewart is the Head of Early Talent at T. Rowe Price. In this role, Leah oversees the leadership, strategy, implementation, and communication of early talent university recruiting practices for both internship and full-time developmental programs. Previously she was the head of campus recruiting at Wells Fargo. She has a total of nineteen years of undergraduate and MBA recruiting experience. Prior to becoming a campus recruiter, Leah was an investment banking analyst in Leveraged Finance at Wells Fargo Securities.

Leah earned a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University and an M.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Leah resides in Brentwood, TN with her husband Josh, son Carter, and daughter Kate. She regularly volunteers at her children’s schools and with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.

Hermione is a Senior Recruiter within the Diversity Acquisition team at T. Rowe Price. In this role, Hermione supports the firm’s mission of expanding access to hiring diverse talent through event opportunities and strategic brand positioning. Prior to that, Hermione spent 15+ years in both Human Resources & Talent Acquisition management roles for firms such as CohnReznick, RSM, and Thomson Reuters. Hermione is a graduate of Long Island University with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family (including their beloved dog Coby), serving as a volunteer, and traveling.

After graduating from the University of Delaware with a BA in Mass Communication & PR, Lauren began her career as a media and advertising professional in the nonprofit sector in Washington, DC. After leaving DC, she returned to her home state of NJ to handle social media and digital marketing for an education organization.

At the beginning of 2020, Lauren joined the Barron's in Education team to aid in student engagement to enhance financial proficiency across the country.
