Flooding and extreme weather events are placing increasing pressure on transport networks across Australia and New Zealand. Join this webinar to explore Austroads' new publications on managing transport networks during flooding and wet weather events, and learn how agencies can improve preparedness, response, recovery and long-term resilience.

The session will highlight key findings from the research, practical case studies from Australia and overseas, and the new risk-based guidance for transport agencies, Transport Management Centres and emergency managers. Topics include multimodal transport management, freight continuity, traveller information, inter-agency coordination, data-driven decision making and climate adaptation.

This webinar will be useful for transport agencies, local government, transport operators, emergency management practitioners, freight stakeholders and infrastructure managers.
