The Foundations of Holistic Health and Fitness Hot Topic
The objective of the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program is changing the culture of fitness. When the five domains of fitness—spiritual, physical, mental, nutritional, and sleep—are integrated, they produce a sound lifestyle foundation that can optimize Soldier performance. In coordination with the Army Chaplain Corps, this Hot Topic will explore this integrative approach to Soldier readiness and take a look at how partners in industry and academia can support the Army in strengthening the five domains H2F.
Scope: This event will include more than 100 government, military, and industry professionals, as well as senior-level executives from the U.S. Army. Government and military attendees will include key leaders involved in the research and development, procurement, sustainment, and training processes covering the five pillars of resilience in the Army, and other leaders who fall under the Army Resilience Directorate.
Topics: The Spiritual Readiness Domain; The Physical and Nutritional Domains; The Mental and Sleep Domains.
This event will be available on AUSA's YouTube channel approximately 48 hours after conclusion:
