MG Johnny K. Davis

Commanding General of U.S. Army Recruiting Command and Fort Knox, Kentucky

Maj. Gen. Johnny K. Davis was commissioned from New Mexico Military Institute in 1989 through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps Early Commissioning Program and earned his Bachelor of Science from Cardinal Stritch University.

He began his career with the 24th Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia. After the Maneuver Captain's Career Course, he served with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as a Company Commander and Aide-de¬-camp. After Fort Bragg, Davis was assigned to Fort Myer, Virginia, as the Commander of Delta Company, 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, "The Old Guard." After attending the Command and General Staff College, Davis was assigned to the 101stAirborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where he served as a Battalion and Brigade Operations Officer and Brigade Executive Officer. He then served as the Aide to the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Joint Staff JB Capabilities Officer. Davis returned to Fort Campbell to command 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment and deployed to Afghanistan - Operation Enduring Freedom 10 as a Task Force Commander from 2010 to 2011.

Following command, Davis deployed to Iraq- Operation New Dawn and transitioned to the Pentagon, serving as Aide to the Army Vice Chief of Staff. Davis attended the National War College at Fort McNair, Washington, D.C., and followed with an assignment as the Director of the U.S. Wounded Warrior Program. In June 2014, Davis assumed command of the 3rd Infantry Regiment, "The Old Guard," at Fort Myer, Virginia. After command, Davis served in the Republic of Korea as the Executive Officer to the United Nations Command / Combined Forces Command / U.S. Forces Korea Commanding General. Following that, he served as Deputy Commanding General for Operations for the 25th Infantry Division. More recently, Davis served as the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Joint Modernization Command at Fort Bliss, Texas, from June 2018 to June 2020, Chief of Staff at U.S. Army Futures Command in Austin, Texas, from June 2020 to July 2021, and as Commanding General, U.S. Army Cadet Command and Fort Knox, Kentucky from August 2021 to September 2022. He assumed command of U.S. Army Recruiting Command and Fort Knox, Kentucky, in October 2022.

His operational deployments include: Kuwait- Operation Southern Watch; Sinai, Egypt; Haiti; Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-06; Afghanistan - Operation Enduring Freedom 10-11; and Iraq Operation New Dawn 11. He has earned the Airborne Master Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, and Ranger Tab, as well as the Combat and Expert Infantryman's Badge.

His awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal for Valor, Iraq Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, and Valorous Unit Award.

BG Antoinette R. Gant

Chief, Army Enterprise Marketing Office

Brig. Gen. Antoinette R. Gant assumed duties as the Chief, Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO), Chicago, Illinois,
in September 2023. In this role, she leads the corporate marketing office for the United States Army and is responsible
for developing, executing and analyzing national level marketing campaigns in support of the Army’s recruiting mission.
This includes marketing strategy and branding to increase talent acquisition and retention. She leads the team taking
Army marketing from the industrial age into the information age by modernizing the prospect’s journey and delivering the
Soldiers and Leaders of tomorrow.
A native of Port Gibson, Mississippi, Gant graduated from Prairie View A&M University in Texas as a Distinguished
Military Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a commission in the Engineer Regiment. She holds
a Master of Science in Engineer Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, Missouri, and
a Master of Science in national resource strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School, National Defense University,
Washington, DC. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
Gant has served in a variety of command and staff positions for engineering units stateside and abroad. Prior to her
current assignment, Gant served as Division Commander, South Pacific Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE),
San Francisco, Calif. She led a workforce of more than 2500 military and civilians, overseeing hundreds construction
projects valued at more than $8 billion. She also served as commander of the South Pacific Border District from July
2020 to June 2021, as well as commander for both the Albuquerque and Louisville Districts.
Other key USACE positions include military assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Army-Civil Works, Washington,
DC, and chief of operations for the engineer directorate, U.S. Army South, San Antonio, Texas. She also served as the
executive officer for Special Troops Battalion and brigade engineer, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort
Carson, Colorado.
Gant has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel (OFS) where she served as the chief, combined joint engineer for the Resolute Support and OFS headquarters, Kabul,
Afghanistan, and director for both Public Works and Installation Support directorates, Area Support Group-Kuwait.
A strong advocate for STEM, Gant has developed partnerships with agencies and organizations to promote science,
technology, engineering and math initiatives. She has received several national and community awards, to include
2021 Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA), Army Stars and Stripes Award recipient, 2020 Women of Color Career
Achievement in Government Award, YWCA Women on the Move Award, Women of Influence in Government by
Albuquerque Business First, BEYA Special Recognition Award, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., South Central
Region Visionary Leader and Global Leader Awards.
Gant’s military awards and decorations include the Army Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit (3), Defense
Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal (7). She is also a recipient of the Army
Staff Identification Badge, Recruiter Badge, and the Army Engineer Association Silver de Fleury Medal.
Brig. Gen. Gant is married to Leonard Gant of Kansas City, Missouri, and they have two children

LTG Patricia McQuistion

U.S. Army Retired

Lieutenant General Patricia E. McQuistion, US Army Retired, joined the staff of the Association of the United States Army, where she served as vice president of membership & meetings, after completing 35 years of uniformed service in a variety of positions primarily in logistics and supply chain solutions. She is a life member of AUSA.
She finished her Army career as the deputy commanding general for the Army Materiel Command and senior commander of Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. As a general officer, she commanded the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, headquartered at Rock Island, Illinois, the 21st Theater Sustainment Command for U.S. Army-Europe and Seventh Army in Kaiserslautern, Germany, and the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Supply Chains in Columbus, Ohio.
She has served in numerous command and staff assignments in Hawaii, Germany, Virginia, Kansas, Texas, Egypt, Pennsylvania, and Kuwait, (plus three tours at the Pentagon).
She is a graduate of the University of Akron (Ohio), where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a commission in the U.S. Army through the ROTC program. She subsequently earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Acquisition Management) from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and a Master of National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University in Washington, D.C.
Military awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit with three oak leaf clusters; the Bronze Star; the Meritorious Service Medal with five oak leaf clusters; the Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster; the Air Force Commendation Medal; the Army Achievement Medal; the Army Staff Identification Badge; and the Ehrenkreuz der Bundeswehr in Gold.
Pat is married to Colonel Leif Johnson, US Army, Retired. They have three grown children: Leif, Nick, and Laura, one grandson (so far), and a golden retriever.
