    On January 27th Atlantico Business Development, the independent port promoter and maritime business developer of Rotterdam, organized the 8th (online) edition of Ship2iberia. Ship2iberia is the go-to event for maritime business in Spain and Portugal and takes place annually in Rotterdam or Antwerp.

    During the 8th (online) edition of Ship2iberia a panel of speakers from various Iberian port authorities, bunker suppliers, logistics providers and terminal operators discussed the present situation in their respective ports or companies and shared their perspectives on the state of Iberian shipping. They also reflected on the latest and future developments in various business sectors, like containers, bunkering, short sea shipping, rail cargo, project cargo and breakbulk.

    The speakers were Helena Gomes Fernandes, Commercial Director of the Port of Leixões, Javier Lopez, Head of the Commercial Department of the Port of Algeciras, Susana Broco, Senior Bunker Trader at Galp, Manuela Patricio, Director for Terminals at Port of Lisbon, João Silva, Member of the Board of ETE Logistixx, Pedro Lemos, Operations Director, Port of Aveiro, Diogo Marecos, Regional General Manager at Yilport Iberia, Elisa Zamora, Commercial Director of the Port of Tenerife and Mercedes Rosillo Otaño, Commercial Officer of the Port of Huelva.

    The event was sponsored by the Port of Algeciras, the Port of Aveiro, ETE Logistixx, Galp Bunkering, Green Award Foundation, the Port of Lisbon, the Port of Leixões, the Port of Tenerife, the Port of Huelva, Yilport Iberia, Amspec, Sevways and WEC Lines.
