    Michael Costello is a Chartered Business Psychologist with 20 years experience in improving employee performance through workshops, executive coaching & organisational change projects. He has worked with global brands such as KPMG, the British Civil Service, Santander, Liverpool FC, Nike and the Red Cross. He specialises in change management, leadership development and assessment of employee performance.

    Michael also works in the field of journalism, making time to interview business leaders & high achievers across the world such as astronauts, Formula 1 drivers, politicians, stock market investors and mountaineers.

    Rakhi ASWAL
    Head of Finance – India, Saxo Bank
    Having spent more than a decade managing finance and accounts of leading companies, Rakhi now oversees the accounting, finance, compliance and taxation of Saxo Bank’s Indian subsidiary. Prior to joining Saxo Group, Rakhi was the CFO and Partner of a reputation management advisory, Astrum. At Astrum, being a member of the founding team of the advisory, she had set up the finance and MIS function of the organization from scratch. Before this, she was Head of Finance of a US based IT consulting company Emtec Inc. in India, where she was involved in various assignments, including implementation of a global ERP system, setting up of financial processes and building a robust financial reporting structure to service the firm’s worldwide operations.

    Rakhi is actively associated with a non-profit organization - Toastmasters International and has served at various leadership positions in the organization. She is also a member of social enterprises like Dreamgirl Foundation and iVolunteer India.

    Rakhi is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Certified Financial Manager (India) and Certified Public Accountant (State of Colorado, USA). She has completed the Post Graduate Program at the University of California and Los Angeles, USA, and has participated in executive programs at IIM, Ahmedabad and IIM, Bangalore.

    Sanjeev CHATRATH
    Managing Director, Global Banking and Financial Markets, IBM
    Sanjeev is the Managing Director, Global Banking and Financial Markets at IBM. Before relocating to Singapore, Sanjeev was a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Governors for American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He is also a founding member and co-chair of the Male Allies initiative of The Women's Foundation and member of the 30% Club (since 2013) promoting gender diversity on Hong Kong boards.

    Sanjeev has worked in the Financial and Information Services industries for over 25 years in leadership roles spanning Asia Pacific, and Middle East. Most recently, Sanjeev was Managing Director and Region Head – Asia Pacific of Financial & Risk (F&R) business at Thomson Reuters (TR). In this role, Sanjeev was responsible for client business encompassing end to end customer experience, account management, market development, go-to-market regional strategy, and sales. He chaired the Global Operating Leadership Team for the business and was a member of Global Women’s Action Taskforce. He was also a Board Member of ASIFMA (Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association).

    Prior to joining TR, Sanjeev was Citigroup's Managing Director and Regional Head of Sales, leading the sales function for Treasury & Trade solutions across Asia. He was also a member of the Global Investment Council, and Global Balance Sheet Optimization Committee for the business. Sanjeev has previously held senior management roles with Standard Chartered Bank, and ABN Amro Bank based in Singapore, UAE and India.

    Sanjeev is a Certified Treasury Professional, Credit Professional, Certified International Cash Manager, and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing.
