Erik Foley
Senior Consultant
Erik Foley is a Senior Consultant at Antea Group USA. He has over 25 years of experience in sustainability and has held numerous leadership roles working with large corporations to small start-ups across a variety of sectors including renewable energy, agriculture, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, and more. Over the past year, Erik has served on the Antea Group USA Strategic Advisory Board, helping the Executive Team track and assess global trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Erik comes to Antea Group from Penn State University where he was the founding Managing Director for the Penn State Sustainability Institute that serves 40,000 employees and 100,000 students and was one of the lead authors of the University’s first Sustainability Strategic Plan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Whitman College and a master’s in business administration from Saint Francis University.

Elizabeth Beck
Sustainability Practice Leader
Elizabeth Beck leads the Sustainability Practice at Antea Group. She has 15+ years of experience in ESG/Sustainability and carbon policy and uses that to develop and implement innovative and effective solutions that address the environmental, social, and governance challenges and opportunities facing businesses today.

She has a proven track record of delivering impactful results, such as developing a low carbon roadmap for a major US based electric and natural gas utility, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive sustainability strategy for a Fortune 500 energy company, and contributing to multiple publications and initiatives on climate change and energy policy.

Sarah King
Senior Project Manager
Sarah King is a Senior Project Manager with Antea Group USA. She brings nearly 10 years of sustainability knowledge from the plastics and fiber-based packaging sector, with broad experience in ESG Reporting and Disclosure. She has a deep understanding of the major ESG stakeholder assessments such EcoVadis, DJSI/CSA, CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics and more.

She also has prior working experience with GHG Protocols, WRI Aqueduct Tool, UN CoP, as well as Science Based Targets. Sarah has used her ESG disclosure experience to identify trends, develop strategies, and influence internal policy change. She also understands the Sedex platform and the SMETA Audits; Modern Slavery Statements; and Conflict Minerals Policies and Reporting. Sarah received her B.A. in Biology and Environmental Science from Adrian College and currently resides in metro Atlanta.

Karly Beaumont
Sustainability Assessments Analyst
Karly Beaumont, an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Advisory Analyst, brings a range of sustainable experiences, including roles in science communication at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, environmental policy work in Minnesota and Argentina, and research about university-level environmental justice education.

Since starting at Antea Group, she has contributed to an array of projects, spanning corporate sustainability reports, aiding clients in compliance with current and emerging ESG frameworks, and solution development. Motivated by her commitment to driving meaningful change, Karly aspires to create a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
