The Thursday AI Club is a hands-on AI club running every fortnight (3–6pm), focused on real-world use, not theory.

YOUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE.
No commitment – just come along and see how it works.

The programme does not stop after September. Each quarter, we publish the next set of sessions – updating topics, adding new ones, and retiring anything that has moved on.

PART 1 – OPEN Q&A / DROP-IN (FIRST HOUR)

HOW THE SESSION WORKS

3:00-4:00 PM - Welcome and Open Q&A

Introduction to the Thursday AI Club - what it is, how it works, and what you get as a member
Open Q&A - bring any question about AI, however basic or technical
Ask us anything:

- A prompt that isn’t working
- Choosing between tools
- Getting an automation working
- Understanding what is actually possible
- Something more technical – setting up a local n8n server, using Claude Code, or the risks around tools like Openclaw

No question is too basic or too niche. Practical answers from Ann, Darren, and James and you will learn from what others are working on.

PART 2 – CHOOSE YOUR TRACK

TRACK A - OPTIONAL WORKSHOP (REMAINING TWO HOURS)
INTRODUCTION TO LLMs & PROMPT ENGINEERING

Stay in the main webinar room for the hands-on workshop

- Understand how LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) actually work
- Learn the COSTAR framework and advanced reasoning techniques
- Build a personal prompt library of 5–10 reusable prompts you can use immediately

TRACK B - ADVANCED Q&A AND SHOW & TELL
Share projects, get feedback, and dig into deeper questions
