Kara Fielder is the Senior IP Manager at Worldpay, LLC. With 20+ years of experience in the legal field, Kara has extensive experience in the area of trademark administration. Prior to her current role, Kara was the Global IP Manager at The Hershey Company. At Hershey, in addition to managing the company’s large global trademark portfolio, Kara managed Hershey’s IP paralegals, docketing team, outside counsel, and vendors. She was also a key business partner to Hershey’s commercial, regulatory, design, and innovation teams. Kara is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is currently serving as the Chair of INTA’s Trademark Administrators Committee. She also serves as an Advisory Board member of Corsearch.

Kate Cleary is an Intellectual Property Manager at HSM IP Ltd. Hailing from the United Kingdom, she has over 15 years of experience in managing global trade mark portfolios. Kate joined HSM IP in March 2017 and her previous roles included IP protection for global household names (including Mars / Wrigley and Jumeirah Hotels) worldwide. While living in the UK, she worked in-house as an IP Manager for three global brewing companies (Diageo, Miller and Asahi) in succession. Kate’s experience working in the Caribbean and Latin America encompasses all aspects of IP for global powerhouse clients as well as local and Caribbean companies and individuals, including contentious matters and prosecution, with wide-ranging experience in working on oppositions, cancellations, infringement actions and office actions. Kate is responsible for managing large scale recordals projects, as well as pre-filing clearance projects and providing advice on filing strategy.

Caledah Hull is currently the Trademark Administrator at Complete Intellectual Property Services where she started as Executive Legal Assistant in 2023 and now works as the Trademark Administrator. Over the years working at Complete Intellectual Property Services, Caledah has gained significant experience in the field of Intellectual Property with a focus on the Caribbean region. Being born and raised in the Caribbean, she understands the region and the IP regimes that exist. This understanding allows her to effectively work with brand owners on strategies to protect their Intellectual Property in the region. In addition to her role at Complete Intellectual Property Services, Caledah is also a Trademark Administrator at Cervieri Monsuárez Caribbean office in Anguilla, where she assists clients with Intellectual Property matters in the Caribbean region.

Rachael Lodge Corrie is a Partner of the boutique law firm Foga Daley based in Kingston, Jamaica. As a member of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department, she focuses on complex trademark matters, including prosecution, responding to office actions, opposition and revocation proceedings and trademark portfolio management. She is currently co-chair of the Awards and Fellowships sub-committee of INTA's Young Practitioners Committee and is a member of the Women’s IP Today steering committee, a non-profit organization advancing the interests and rights of women in the workplace globally. Rachael also tutors Entertainment Law at the University of the West Indies and is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR) Intellectual Property Committee and Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Technology Committee.
