Dr. Arthur S. Hitomi is President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Numecent. He is a recognized figure within the areas of workflow, application virtualization, and streaming, having contributed to the development of Internet standards (including the development of the HTTP 1.1 standard and REST). He leads the company's overall goals and strategy. Dr. Hitomi has authored over twenty USPTO issued patents. He has successfully sold, led the acquisitions of other technologies, invented and led the development of the company's award-winning products, including Cloudpaging. Dr. Hitomi has a B.S. with honors, M.S., and PhD in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Douglas Brown is the Vice President of Community at IGEL Technology and the Founder of DABCC. Doug has more than 20 years of experience in virtualization, cloud, and end-user computing technologies and markets.
At DABCC, Mr. Brown worked with hundreds of companies assisting in their marketing and as a technical advisor. Douglas is a sought-after speaker and has spoken at many leading industry events, such as Citrix Synergy and VMworld. He has been writing about end-user computing technologies for almost two decades.
