Biographies:
Terence Kawaja
Terence Kawaja is a seasoned investment banker with more than 20 years’ experience and has advised on more than $300 billion of transactions, including some of the most pivotal deals in the media and tech industries. Throughout his career, Terry has leveraged his deep industry knowledge to take a strategic approach to deal making rather than chase transactions. At LUMA, Terry advises both established media and technology companies as well as digital growth companies. Prior to founding LUMA, Terry was Co-Head of Digital Media at GCA; Global Head of Media M&A at Citigroup and Credit Suisse First Boston; and CFO of Raindance Communications (publicly traded).
Achim Schlosser
Achim Schlosser is a member of the executive board at the European netID Foundation. As CTO he is responsible for the products (netID) around Single Sign-on and Consent Management / Addressability and drives their strategic development. He is an expert in privacy technology related matters as well as their real-life implementation at scale.
Townsend Feehan
Townsend Feehan is CEO of IAB Europe. Prior to joining IAB Europe, Townsend worked for Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs in Brussels and ran EU industry associations in the ICT, consumer electronics and biotechnology sectors. She previously represented Microsoft on IAB Europe’s Board. Townsend has an M. Phil. in European policy from the University of Edinburgh.
Jochen Schlosser
Jochen Schlosser is Adform’s Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s strategic vision and and the resulting product + technology direction. For more than ten years, Jochen has been a driving force for data-driven businesses and innovations across various industries such as Pharma, Finance, and Marketing. Before joining Adform, Jochen was a Member of the Executive Board at uniquedigital (SYZYGY Group). He holds a graduate degree in computer science, with a minor in psychology, from RWTH Aachen and a scientific doctoral degree from University of Hamburg.
Louise Kloster
Louise Kloster is Adform’s SVP Marketing and is responsible for implementing a global marketing strategy and increasing Adform’s brand awareness. Louise spent more than ten years at Microsoft where she held various positions including four years as Marketing Director for Europe. Prior to Microsoft, Louise spent seven years as a digital strategist at GroupM, one of the world’s largest advertising media companies, working with key clients/brands. Outside of her core responsibilities Louise has also made notable contributions in shaping the industry. She is heavily involved in the IAB Europe Programmatic Trading Committee and has a passion for mentoring female talent.
