Rick Jones, Regional President, Western Europe, Adform

Rick Jones is Adform's Regional President, Western Europe. Before joining Adform, Rick spent five years at Google DoubleClick, where he was Head of Business Development and lead consulting for UK and Global businesses on programmatic and data-driven marketing strategies. A digital veteran, Rick has twenty years experience in the industry, which began with web auction pioneer, QXL.com, where he was responsible for UK business development. Later Rick joined Camelot, the National Lottery operator, as commercial lead for the world's first transactional lottery web site, and later John Lewis, as Head of Marketing for Financial Services, before working at Sony as Head of Multi-channel Retailing.

Dino Myers-Lamptey, Founder, The Barber Shop

Dino Myers-Lamptey is the Founder of The Barber Shop, a strategy-led creative company that aims to solve the biggest business problems through data, distribution and disruptive ideas. They work with businesses that are driven by a purpose and which strive to enrich culture through the pleasure that they bring. Their clients include Karma Drinks, Triumph, TikTok and Parkinson’s UK. Dino is Co-Chair of The Alliance of Independent Agencies, CAN (Conscious Advertising Network) and is also a board member of the UK Effies, Marketing Society and a Trustee for the Brixton Finishing School and a member of the Global Snap Creative Council. In 2020 Dino was recognised as a Top 10 Media Planner by Campaign. Dino is also a founding member of MEFA (Media For All), and has recently founded Diverse Speakers.

Rafael Lopez de Azua, Global Director of Partnerships, Media & Performance Center of Excellence – CDO Organization, COTY

Rafael Lopez de Azua leads Media Partnerships for Coty. In this role, he is charged with engaging with media platforms and partners at a global level to further enhance Coty’s capabilites in Data & Measurement, Communications Effectiveness, and Performance.
Previously, Rafael led Media & Digital in Latin America & Travel Retail Americas for Coty. He also held various Brand Management positions in Procter & Gamble on both Luxury Fragrances and Global Oral-B. Prior to joining P&G, Rafael was a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and served as a Naval Officer with two wartime deployments. He holds MBAs from Cornell University and Queens University in Canada; and received his bachelors from the U.S. Naval Academy. Rafael is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico and is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
