Modern airborne applications make increased use of real time video combined with real time sensor data that presents a more accurate description of the world around the aircraft. The movement of this data is critical to the operation of the aircraft and mission success, and needs to be transported deterministically from sensor to application in a way that ensures low latency and deterministic behaviour. How can integrators ensure their data is transported and displayed within strict timing constraints while maintaining the highest levels of safety criticality? This webinar explores the benefits of using Intel's 11th Gen Core UP3 processor with integrated GPU to convert and display real time, safety critical information using CoreAVI’s Vulkan SC technology. We will examine how Time Coordinated Computing (TCC) contributes to processing sensor data in a time critical manner, and how CoreAVI and Intel's technology partnership greatly benefits our safety critical mil/aero customers.

Lucas Fryzek

Lucas Fryzek has been a software developer with CoreAVI for 5 years and has recently transitioned over to the role of Field Application Engineer (FAE). Lucas has extensive hands-on experience in developing embedded software systems deployable in DO-178C safety critical environments and has worked in tandem with many of CoreAVI’s largest leading customers to deliver safety critical solutions, including those specializing in the division of graphics workloads across multiple CPU cores. Lucas’ experience with OpenGL SC and Vulkan APIs allow him to provide expert technical support and guidance both to CoreAVI’s customers and internal team.
