Shawn is the VP of Clinical Solutions and CNO for Hospital IQ. She is a Registered Nurse and has more than 30 years combined clinical and consulting experience including healthcare administrative leadership, clinical transformation, process redesign, quality improvement and cost structure improvements in Surgical, Emergency, Endoscopy, Critical Care, Anesthesia Services and Care Coordination.
