Mr. Milroy is the inventor or co-inventor of over 40 awarded and pending U.S. patents in the fields of scattering, materials, microwave devices and antennas.

Eric Liu is the Director of Business Development at ThinKom Solutions. With 20 years’ experience in the antenna space, ranging from military fire-control radars to consumer and enterprise satellite communication terminals, Eric is currently focused on the transformation of ground stations using phased arrays. His previous roles include multi-disciplined leadership positions at Raytheon Technologies, Eutelsat OneWeb, Ball Aerospace, and Intellian Technologies. Eric received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California.
John Heskett
CTO, Kongsberg Satellite Services (KSAT)
John Heskett currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Kongsberg Satellite Services (KSAT). John has 25+ years’ experience developing algorithms and system solutions for Space to Ground communications links and satellite ground stations focused on the LEO market. John specializes in RF, Modem and Signal Processing design but also has experience with ground processing and data transport solutions for both TT&C and Mission Data links. As CTO, John has led KSAT’s digital transformation to a cloud centric ground station network and EO processing platform. John has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical and Systems Engineering respectively.
