About this Webinar
Lean Health Portugal is promoting a moment of reflection for all of us. In partnership with APAH - Associação Portuguesa de Administradores Hospitalares and FÓRUM SAÚDE SÉCULO XXI, there will be a webinar to discuss the experiences lived during Covid 19 and what changes are being observed in health leadership and organizations.

In the course of the last few months, it has been possible to accumulate experiences and learnings never considered before. Today, the healthcare organizations are working differently from February 2020; more than the recovery of the activity is essential to think over about the reform that will allow the transformation of the health care provision. On September 2nd from 18:00 to 19:30, we will be doing this reflection with Dr. Alexandre Lourenço as moderator and MD Henry Otero and Professor José Artur Paiva as speakers.
