Brad Miller joined Manchester Airports Group (MAG) in 2007 and is now Managing Director of MAGO, the airport-centric travel company that helps airports drive their non-aeronautical revenues. He has has accountability to grow digital sales as well as MAGO’s global reach, by delivering premium profit levels that MAG says only MAGO can unlock. Before his current role, he was Chief Operating Officer for Manchester Airport which included responsibility for the day to day running of the airport.

Previously he was MAG’s Chief of Staff; bringing together the core support functions relating to people, assets, technology and business partners allowing MAG to find the single best way of doing things consistently and more efficiently. As part of this remit he provided leadership for several transformational programmes that facilitated and support MAG’s ambitious growth aspirations. Brad was accountable for the successful leadership of Manchester Airport’s £1.2 billion Transformation Programme (MAN-TP), which is on course to transform how customers (guests & airlines) and colleagues use and interact with the airport. Brad was also responsible for developing new revenue streams for MAG, in particular leading the establishment of MAG USA through market research, strategic assessment and business development.
