Between roles at JKHY, Mr. Bishop worked for AT&T (T) as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Leadership Development Program and for Citibank (C) as their VP of Offshore Management. He currently oversees Retail, Compliance, IT, Vendor and Backoffice operations. He is a member of the Fiserv Premier Advisory Board and the Missouri State University Design Thinking Advisory Board. In addition to his Six Sigma Black Belt certification, he graduated with honors in 2000 from Missouri Southern State University with a BSBA in Economics & Finance, and is also a 2006 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with both a MBA in Operations, Finance and Strategy (Beta Gamma Sigma graduate) and a Masters in Information Management with a focus on Technology Change Management.
