Carrie currently serves as executive director, digital products and experience in Ally Financial’s technology organization. She oversees Digital, AI and Contact Center experiences for the enterprise. Carrie and her team work to create user-centric experiences across all channels for Ally’s customers, prospects and dealers. She joined Ally in 2008, helping the company transform from GMAC to the first digital-only bank and leading auto lender that is now Ally Financial. Prior to joining Ally, Carrie worked at Bank of America and First Union (now Wells Fargo). She graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
