UAD 3.6 asks appraisers to capture far more property detail than ever before: room-by-room data, ANSI-compliant measurements, and structured descriptions of features and condition. Collecting all of that by hand adds hours to every report.

Join Clearbox and SFREP to see a faster way to get it done. Thomas Gomboc will walk through BoxLi, the LiDAR app built for UAD 3.6, from the field capture on iOS to the web dashboard where scans and reports come together. Matt Johnson of SFREP, will show how that data flows into Appraise-It Pro and what it looks like inside your report.
