    Andy has been a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser since 2005, operating under Arledge Appraisals, LLC, and serving 13 counties in West Texas. His appraisal work spans mortgage lending, estate and divorce evaluations, IRS proceedings, and SBA loan valuations. He was also certified as a Business Appraiser by the International Society of Business Analysts from 2014 to 2020, offering business and equipment valuation services.

    Andy’s entrepreneurial journey began with Alliance Realty Group, LLC, where he served as broker and president of the largest property management company in West Texas. Managing a portfolio of over 1,000 homes, apartments, commercial properties, and even bowling alleys, Andy developed a comprehensive property management system to support the operations. His leadership during the Texas oil bust and S&L crisis included working with the Resolution Trust Corporation and FDIC, showcasing his resilience and strategic capability in navigating complex market conditions.
