Appraiser eLearning Partner Hal Humphreys grew up measuring houses in West TN with his appraiser dad. Boy Scouts taught him to never be lost. "I'm not lost. I'm in the U.S.," he says, if unable to pin down a more specific location. Those skills of navigation and evasion are useful in his parallel work as a private investigator. He has twice navigated the 500-mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage across Spain. Humphreys is a lifelong learner and educator. He is a retired Certified Fraud Examiner and professional investigator. Hal is a CDEI-certified instructor through IDECC. He is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
