    Karly Neath-Tavares is Skyline’s Training Coordinator and has been with the company for over a year, acting as a champion of continuous improvement through design, development, and coordination of training. Karly came to Skyline with a PhD in Psychology where she studied the brains response to human social interactions and has taught University courses at the University of Guelph and Waterloo. Karly values the importance of learning and considers herself a student for life. She is passionate about bringing out the best in others in all areas of their lives. Karly is a proud Guelph native and enjoys spending her time exploring the outdoors with her husband and three children.
