J. Kevin A. McKechnie, is the founder and Executive Director of the Health Savings Account (HSA) Council at the American Bankers Association. He joined ABA in 2000 after serving as the Government Relations Representative for the Affinity Services Division of Marsh & McLennan and also as Director of Government Relations for International Financial Services, a wealth management and insurance consulting firm. He served as Legislative Director to former Congressman William Dannemeyer of California. Kevin holds a BA in History and Political Science from York University in Toronto, Canada.
Manuel Rosado
President and Partner at Spectrum Investment Advisors
Manuel Rosado is the president and a partner at Spectrum Investment Advisors and is responsible for the general operations of the firm. He has been in the retirement plan and investment management industry since 1999 and presently holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). He has been a speaker and panelist on retirement plan fiduciary and investment education topics at numerous industry conferences and is a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Rosado specializes in helping plan sponsors implement successful retirement programs by providing specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards and their application to the investment management process, as well as turning behavioral finance concepts into actionable solutions.
Rosado holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Concordia University – Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Taylor University. He also holds the Certified Behavioral Finance Analyst (CBFA) designation from the AGI Center for Behavioral Finance.
Greg Adams
Consultant, Fiducient Advisors
Greg services institutional clients by providing counsel and guidance on portfolio design, asset allocation, manager selection, investment policy statements and performance monitoring. He is also a member of the Recordkeeper Oversight Committee. Greg joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC in 2017, which combined with Fiducient Advisors in 2020. Before joining the firm, Greg worked in both institutional and individual wealth management helping create positive retirement outcomes for plan sponsors and plan participants. He received his BA from the University of Connecticut and is a ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant). He volunteers as a Board Member for MARCH, Inc. of Manchester, a Connecticut organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, and as a Board Member of the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling. Greg enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, running, lacrosse and football in his free time.
Keith Kotfica
SVP of Partnerships, HealthEquity
Keith Kotfica, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, leads the HealthEquity health
plan, retirement, broker, and referral distribution partnerships. Keith and his teams work
with partners to identify areas of collaboration and product development that lead to the
growth of Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), COBRA
and other consumer-directed benefits. Additionally, the teams are the main service point
of contact at HealthEquity for broker and consultant relationships, delivering remarkable
service and support.
Keith joined HealthEquity in October of 2019. Previously, he spent over five years at Financial
Engines leading the recordkeeping partnership and plan sponsor relationship management
teams, working with the country’s largest employers and recordkeepers. Prior to Financial
Engines, Keith was a DVP at ACS/Xerox (now Conduent), running a division that focused
on delivering Health and Welfare, and Retirement outsourcing services to Fortune 500
companies and large government and not-for profit organizations, adding over one million
accounts over a five-year period. He spent the early part of his career with State Street /
CitiStreet (now Voya) in escalating roles, culminating as SVP of Implementation.
