Members 1st FCU, located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is one of the largest credit unions in the state with over 1000 associates. It serves its members, associates and communities through support, empowerment, and meaningful relationships. As the Benefits Manager, Cubbage administers the company’s retirement plans, both qualified and non-qualified, administers the health and welfare benefits, manages payroll processes, and drives Members 1st’s Total Well-being initiatives.
