Steve Neamtz
President & Senior Managing Director | CBOE Vest
Steve Neamtz leverages his deep experience and demonstrated success in the asset management industry in leading strategic initiatives for Cboe Vest.

Prior to joining Cboe Vest, Mr. Neamtz was Director and President at Virtus Partners, a sponsor and distributor of mutual funds, separately managed accounts, retirement funds, and institutional mandates. As part of the management team at Virtus, Mr. Neamtz interfaced with Virtus’ Board of Directors and Fund Board of Directors. He was also a senior member of the Product Management and Investment Oversight Committee.

Previously Mr. Neamtz spent 11 years with AIG SunAmerica as President and CEO of AIG SunAmerica Capital Services, a subsidiary that distributes annuities, mutual funds and asset management products. In addition to his U.S. responsibilities, Mr. Neamtz also served as the CEO of AIG Asset Management International, directing asset management globally. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and head of distribution for Natixis Funds.

Mr. Neamtz holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.

Craig Woodmansee
ETF Portfolio Manager and Capital Markets Specialist | First Trust Portfolios Canada
Craig Woodmansee is an ETF Portfolio Manager and Capital Markets Specialist. Craig and the portfolio management team are responsible for the trading and daily portfolio management of a number of First Trust’s ETF strategies. Additionally, as an ETF Capital Markets Specialist, Craig provides market insight and consulting to financial professionals looking to implement portfolio and trading strategies utilizing ETFs. As part of this role, Craig works directly with exchanges, market makers, and authorized participants to ensure efficient trading of First Trust’s ETF suite.

Craig joined First Trust in August of 2018 after spending two years at Wolverine Execution Services, where he was responsible for institutional option and ETF execution sales strategies. Prior to this role, Craig spent four years at Vanguard covering the Latin America region where he specialized in ETF portfolio construction, trading, and regulation for Latin American institutional clients.

Craig graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Craig also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.
