Working at an ethylene plant means plenty of challenges and problems to solve. Identifying problems or opportunities and developing and implementing a plan to improve them are core skills, whether leading a team or working individually. These skills have been applied to all aspects of business operation - including safety and safety systems, production, financial reporting and stewardship, capital funding oversight, project management and commissioning.
