Holds 19+ years of experience in varied fields of HR, few of them being Recruitment, HR Consulting Projects, HRBP role in corporates, contributed to small size Start-ups, Group companies, Consulting companies, large MNC and corporates. Past 13 years has largely been in corporates as HRBP lead working closely with Business Leaders, handling strategic & projects for organisational development.

Sangeeta has natural interest in identifying individuals and helping them exploring potentials, she is working on building this further and nurturing her skill by guiding & mentoring aspiring young folks, freshers & coaching to Mid and senior level professionals.
