This course will walk through the five standards of the 5S approach: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. 5S is considered as the Foundation of Improvement Activities and its purpose is to involve the workforce in creating a safe, hygienic, satisfying and pleasant work environment. Learners will explore the fundamentals of 5S, including its purpose and its benefits.
