Jared Preisler

Chief Appraiser, DataMaster

Jared Preisler, SRA has been involved in the appraisal industry for over 25 years as an independent fee appraiser serving Northern Utah. Jared is currently the Chief Appraiser for DataMaster, while continuing as an independent fee appraiser and trainer. He earned both the SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. He is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and he is licensed in Utah to teach both real estate and appraisal continuing education courses. He serves on the Directors Board of the Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Since 2010, he has also been a member of the Board of Trustees and Vice President of the Utah Association of Appraisers (UAA). Jared has developed several CE courses for the real estate profession in his roles with UAA, the Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and DataMaster. Prior to becoming and appraiser, Jared earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University. He also owned a remodeling and construction company – Home Inspection Company – and 64 rental properties. Jared and his wife Lisa have four children, with one granddaughter on the way. Jared is passionate about real estate; he loves watching his kids play sports, traveling with Lisa, cycling and golfing.

Bryan Reynolds

AQB USPAP Instructor, Certified General

Bryan S. Reynolds, CDEI™ is a KY/TN Certified General Real Property Appraiser, a registered agent with the TN State Board of Equalization and an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. He has testified and appeared in various courts, planning and zoning boards as both an expert and as an agent making valuation arguments before local and state hearing officials and Administrated Law Judges. Reynolds is the owner of Bryan S. Reynolds & Associates, Reynolds Appraisal Service and a partner in Appraiser eLearning. He provides residential and commercial valuation services throughout the region and various educational offerings, mentoring, consulting and litigation support services throughout the country as well as being available for lectures and is well known for his Think Outside the “Check” Box approach.

Jeff Bradford

Jeff Bradford is the founder and CEO at Bradford Technologies. His company has been serving appraisers for 37 years. He enjoys product innovation and is currently creating software to produce the new dynamic appraisal report. For his innovative work, he has been recognized as a Valuation Visionary by the Collateral Risk Network.

In his spare time, he enjoys adventure travel with his daughter Whitney. They have dog sledded at the North Pole, visited Antarctica and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro among other adventures around the world.

Jeff Hamric

Jeff Hamric has been appraising in the Sacramento Area for over 20 years. His practice consists of lending clients, private clients and he also completes desktop and hybrid appraisals. He is happily married to his wife Colleen for 38 years, has 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
