Craig Capilla is a trial lawyer with Franklin, Greenswag, Channon & Capilla, LLC, concentrating his practice in a wide range of civil litigation, including professional liability and commercial claims. He has successfully defended residential and commercial appraisers, appraisal firms, and appraisal management companies accused of negligence or improper activity in their valuation services. Craig has also represented numerous licensed professionals in state licensing matters including real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, appraisal management companies, mortgage loan originators and brokers, and others. He has represented clients in both state and federal lawsuits as well as licensing matters in a number of states including Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maryland, Idaho, Michigan, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Tennessee, Delaware, and California. John Dingeman

As Chief Appraiser for Class Valuation, John is responsible for quality control and compliance which includes the appraisal escalations. vendor quality control, client escalations, and mandatory reporting. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser in 11 states, a Registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona, and a Qualifying and Continuing Education Instructor for multiple course providers. Dingeman is the Past President of the National Association of Appraisers and the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers. He has also served on several boards, including the Arizona Board of Manufactured Housing, Phoenix Village Planning Committee, Homeowners Association and a charitable organization supporting foster children in Arizona called Arizona Helping Hands.

George Paquette

George is a certified appraiser in multiple states and holds SRA and MNAA designations and is a Green Certified appraiser. He has held Chair positions with the Collateral Risk Network, REVAA and Southern California Appraisal Institute.

George has spent the last 15 years in leadership roles within the appraisal management industry, leading start-up companies to some of the largest within the industry. Before entering the AMC business, he worked for a lender, heading the internal forensic review team. George also owned and operated a staff appraisal office that serviced all Southern California counties and trained and mentored several appraisers that are now certified and own successful appraisal businesses.

George owns full-time vacation rentals in Southern California.

Bryan S. Reynolds, CDEI™ is a KY/TN Certified General Real Property Appraiser, a registered agent with the TN State Board of Equalization and an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. He has testified and appeared in various courts, planning and zoning boards as both an expert and as an agent making valuation arguments before local and state hearing officials and Administrated Law Judges. Reynolds is the owner of Bryan S. Reynolds & Associates, Reynolds Appraisal Service and a partner in Appraiser eLearning. He provides residential and commercial valuation services throughout the region and various educational offerings, mentoring, consulting and litigation support services throughout the country as well as being available for lectures and is well known for his Think Outside the “Check” Box approach.
