Danielle Kelso
Danielle joined Allianz in March 2023 as an actuary in the Product Development area, primarily focusing on Allianz’s in-plan annuity product. Starting in October 2024, Danielle started a new position as Institutional Solutions Consultant Senior within the Employer Markets department at Allianz, where she provides research, analytics and product expertise to the Allianz sales team. Prior to joining Allianz, Danielle was a pension actuary at Willis Towers Watson, primarily working on Defined Benefit plans and de-risking of these plans. Danielle is excited to bring the lifetime income component of Defined Benefit plans to the Defined Contribution space.

With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Gray has broad experience in guaranteed solutions that can help consumers protect and improve the retirement outcomes. He has previously led the Allianz Product Innovation team responsible for life and annuity product launches, portfolio management, and strategy.
