Ray Anderson is the Executive HR Leader for GE HealthCare's Field Service business in the US and Canada. With 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Ray has developed a deep expertise in HR management and strategy.
Ray has been with GE HealthCare for 7 years, serving in a variety of HR leadership roles across GE HealthCare’s portfolio of businesses.
Prior to joining GE HealthCare, Ray spent 5 years at General Mills, having joined through General Mills’ HR leadership development program.
Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Ripon College and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. Based in Milwaukee, WI, Ray is married and has two daughters, ages 8 and 6.

Shannon Mark is an HR Senior Director at PepsiCo Foods North America supporting the National Retail Customer and Marketing functions residing in Chicago, IL with her husband, daughter (1.5) and two dogs. Shannon has 13 years of PepsiCo experience with growing levels of responsibility across frontline manufacturing, sales and HQ functional teams. Shannon earned her BS in Psychology & MHRIR at the University of Illinois Champaign – Urbana.

Pat is a proven HR Leader with 20 years in progressive HR leadership roles proficient in delivering strategies and tactics to drive business and people imperatives, enhancing performance and developing cultures of inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement. Pat has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Potbelly Sandwich Works since April 2023. Prior to joining Potbelly, he served as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Oil Dri Corporation of America from March 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director of Human Resources - Talent Management, Culture and Diversity for the North America Beverages Division of PepsiCo as a part of a nearly 15-year career there.
Carolyn Whiteman
Head of Talent Acquisition, LyondellBasell
Carolyn Whiteman is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at LyondellBasell. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Director of HR for the Intermediates and Derivatives, Refining, Supply Chain, and Circularity and Low Carbon Solutions organizations.
Over her 20-year career, Carolyn has held roles such as the Global Head of HR for Alcon’s Vision Care/Aseptics business and various global HR positions at Shell Oil and Ingersoll-Rand, supporting a variety of business units.
She holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.
Carolyn currently serves as an executive alumni board member at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as a board member of Girls Inc. Houston.
Nell Madigan

Nell Madigan is the Senior Associate Dean of External Relations and Operations for the School of Labor and Employment Relations (LER.) She serves as the primary contact for corporate relations and all career-related activities at the School. She advises LER students on matters related to career development and job placement, holds primary responsibility for building relationships with new corporate partners, and manages ongoing relationships with long-time partners across a variety of industries. She built and maintains the portfolio for the corporate scholarship program at LER. She serves as the Chief Communications Officer for the School, overseeing the coordination of electronic and print communications as well as digital marketing efforts, social media, and the ongoing content development and maintenance of the LER web site. She is the facilities manager for all building renovations and capital projects, and ensures the efficient operation of the School and daily administrative functions.

Jeff Beavers has accumulated over 25 years of experience spanning campus recruiting, career services, and educational technology software systems. He has held key leadership roles at University of Illinois, Michigan State University, GE, Whirlpool Corp, AbbVie, and Yello. Currently, he serves as a member of the 12twenty partnerships team working globally with universities and employers. He also leads a 4-year USAID project in Africa, overseeing the launch of career centers at universities across Mozambique to support workforce and economic development.
