“BURN AND RELEASE” is built around themes of empowerment, grounding, resilience, healing, and self discovery. Throughout the retreat you will experience:
Morning hikes through the breathtaking desert landscape, allowing you to connect deeply with nature and the grounding energy of the earth.
Daily yoga, Pilates, strength, and mobility based classes led exclusively for our group, designed to challenge you, energize you, and help you release what no longer serves you.
Evening dinners together, where we gather as a community to enjoy nourishing food, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences.
Healing through water experiences including sauna and cold plunge rituals to support recovery, mental clarity, and emotional reset.
A guided rope course challenge, an empowering experience that invites you to step beyond fear and discover new levels of confidence and trust.
A resort credit of $175 per person to use toward food, beverages, spa services, or additional wellness experiences.
In addition to our private retreat programming, guests will have full access to the extensive daily schedule of fitness, yoga, meditation, and movement classes offered by CIVANA. You are also welcome to enjoy the resort pools, spa facilities, hiking trails, and all of the beautiful amenities available throughout the property, allowing you to personalize your stay and fully immerse yourself in the CIVANA experience.
Pricing and Accommodation
Single Room, $3,599 per person
Double Room, $2,999 per person
Both options include retreat programming, group activities, and resort credits.
Flexible Payment Options
A non refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be divided into six equal payments with no interest, allowing you to comfortably plan and commit to your wellness journey.

Participants who register during launch week will receive a $100 discount per person.

Please note, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Initial deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If cancelled between 180 to 60 days of the Retreat start date, 25% of the Retreat price paid is forfeited. Any remaining balance paid may be used as credit for future bookings up to one year of the cancellation date.
If cancelled 60 days or less prior to the Retreat start date, 100% of the Retreat price paid is forfeited.
If you choose to join the Retreat after the start date or leave the Retreat prior to the end date, there are no refunds.
Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so. You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart. Credit card fees will be applied.
An information package will be sent 30 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list, and trip details.
It is your responsibility to confirm your passport has 6 months validity prior to departure from your origin.
Her love for movement and fluidity easily transferred from the water to the dance floor when she moved to NYC and enrolled at Peridance International School of Dance. There, she studied ballet, modern dance, and flexibility, but not until she tried a hot yoga class one day that her life was transformed. As a survivor of domestic violence, Eleonora's distinct teaching style and practice are heavily influenced by her experiences. Like the cycles of the moon, she focuses on the lyrical flow of dark and light, life and death, strength and surrender.
Convinced that yoga is much more than just asana, Eleonora encourages her students to accept their vulnerabilities. She feels that without weakness there can be no strength and without acceptance there can be no healing.
Her classes are challenging yet accessible, and provide her students with the knowledge and courage necessary to carry their practice out of the yoga studio and into their daily lives.
