About This Summit
In this new series we will work 360 degree on both strength and flexibility with one pose in mind: Forearm Wheel.
We will meet 3 times a week and we will work on different modalities.
Vinyasa Flows, Posture Clinics and Stretching/yin based classes with guided meditation.
All levels are welcome.
You can always practice live or via recording and the recordings will always be yours.
