About This Summit

Arm balances and inversions are challenging, because they require a great deal of upper body and core strength as well as flexibility.
It can be challenging to find the time to develop the necessary skills to hold a forearm stand, and it’s often intimidating to try.
In this monthly series , we will break down all the components of pincha mayurasana. Through the use of props we will establish shoulder opening, core intelligence, and space in the hamstrings to lead you toward your version of the pose.

By purchasing this series we will meet 3 times a week.
