This workshop will teach you to leverage deep, stabilizing core muscles to support your flexibility. Defined as “the willingness to change,” flexibility helps us to soften our grip on our current reality and release excess tension and holding patterns in our bodies. Through this release, we open ourselves to the possibility of change and experience a dynamic range of motion in our physical and emotional bodies.
In this class, we will use the wisdom of flexibility to explore a circular sequence that culminates with eka pada rajakapotasana, or king pigeon pose. Prepare to sweat, release, and invigorate your entire body.
