Susan is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach and, she holds a National Certification in Nicotine and Tobacco Treatment. In addition to being a coach, Susan is a faculty member of the Live Well Wellness Global Coach Training. Her coaching approach is to integrate self-awareness, self-efficacy, and mindfulness into her client sessions. Susan works with clients to realize their own strengths and potential through self-compassion and being present. One of her passions is educating coaches and the public about the impact of tobacco and vaping use on children, adults, families, and the environment.  Through coaching, she has partnered with clients to understand their addiction to nicotine and move toward cutting down or quitting entirely.
